Since 2001, we have been providing manufacturing services for metal parts and a wide range of hardware for sectors such as automotive, electronics, construction, among others.

Our services

Cutting dies and progressive tools

Study, project, design, and manufacture of progressive tools and cutting, bending, and stamping dies for small, medium, and large productions.

Prototypes and machining

Machining of parts for tooling and high-precision prototypes. 3D machining.

Wire and die sinking EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)

Manufacture of parts with complex geometry, both externally and internally, with a precision up to 1 µm, in the case of wire EDM.

CAD / CAM / CAE

Develop any idea or project of our customers to bring them to reality, using 2D and 3D CAD design and mechanised CAM / CAE.

Metal stamping

We have stamping presses ranging from 40 to 160 tons, allowing us to test the produced dies and facilitate their approval by our clients. We also produce pre-series for clients to analyze and test in their production lines. Additionally, we perform metal stamping of cold materials in large series with competitive prices and significant advantages for our clients. We often cover the cost of the necessary tooling and its maintenance. We hold the IATF 16949:2016 standard for metal part production by stamping for the automotive sector.

Profile machining

We have a CNC center for profile machining.

Cutting, Folding, and Shearing

We have a profile cutting saw with feeding and a precision double-cut saw. We also provide shearing and folding services for large and medium-sized sheet formats.

Finishings

We have machinery for surface finishing of metal parts. Our finishing capabilities include ceramic deburring in a vibratory tumbler and dryer, ultrasonic cleaning, sandblasting in a sanding booth, and shot blasting.

Metrology and Quality

We have a coordinate measuring machine for any measurements required by our clients or in our quality control process. Additionally, we have an optical microscope with ENAC calibration for precision measurements on smaller parts. Currently, we are certified in:
